LeoVegas has released a groundbreaking feature that will be implemented onto some of our most popular slots, called LeoJackpot, and it is now live in the CA, PE, CL, IE, NO, FI, IN, AT, JP, NZ, BR, ROW markets!
 

What is LeoJackpot?

LeoJackpot is a one-of-a-kind and innovative jackpot that is offered together with some of our most loved games. Each bet placed on games associated with the jackpot, can be coupled with a jackpot bet where one lucky player stands to win at least €5,000,000!
Games offering the jackpot can easily be recognized through the special jackpot ticker, visible on each game tile, game page and inside the jackpot component.

The jackpot consists of 4 different levels, varying according to market:

MEGA: starting at €5,000,000
MAJOR: starting at €10,000
MINOR: starting at €100
MINI: starting at €5

The jackpot value that is displayed in our main lobby and on the game tiles represents the MEGA jackpot, while the other levels will be visible in the game itself. The winning sums are subject to change according to market conversions found at the bottom of this article.
 

How do I take part in the Jackpot?

Opting in is easily done through the opt-in button found in the jackpot bar. By opting in, the player will be able to participate in the jackpot and will automatically be charged €0.10 for their jackpot bet, every time they bet in the main game. Players can place bets on the jackpot with either real or even bonus money! The jackpot can be triggered on any game round and all lucky winners will see the wheel pop-up from the bottom of the screen, where it will spin and then stop on the corresponding pot won. The pot won will then reset to its starting value.

The jackpot contribution is split between the different levels and coin animation visualizes each jackpot bet together with the contributed amount. Promotional free spins, played in the associated game, will not count towards the jackpot, however.

Remember! Opting in or out is solely up to the player; if a player wants to play the game without the jackpot, they can simply opt-out from the pot and the jackpot bar will become inactive. While opted out, the jackpot bet will not be charged and no animation will be shown.

Game Rules

• In order to participate in the jackpot, players must be opted in and be playing a game associated with the jackpot (see a full list of games here).
• The Jackpot is a progressive jackpot, with every jackpot bet, a portion of the jackpot bet is added to the Jackpot.
• By opting in, the player agrees to be charged for the Jackpot bet, which will be deducted on every game round on the associated game.
• The cost per Jackpot bet is €0.10 and cannot be changed.
• The minimum bet in the associated game is €0.10.
• Jackpot bets can be placed using real money and/or bonus money.
• The deduction of the jackpot bet will be reflected in the player balance after the following game round in the associated game.
• The Jackpot can trigger on any game round, and the winner is picked at random.
• The Jackpot consists of a wheel divided into coloured segments. Each segment is associated with a different progressive jackpot.
• Depending on where the wheel stops, you can win one of the progressive jackpots.
• When one game round makes a claim for a certain jackpot, it is locked for that game round and simultaneously assured that no other game round can claim the same jackpot. Therefore, it is technically not possible to have two simultaneous wins of the same jackpot.
• The Jackpot winnings will automatically be transferred to the player's account.
• Progressive Jackpot wins are subject to verification by LeoVegas and the Software Supplier. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All players that are opted-in when a Jackpot is won will receive a notification within 30 seconds about the Jackpot amount being won.
• The current Jackpot amount is displayed at the bottom of the screen, in the jackpot bar.
• Jackpot values displayed in the jackpot bar are delayed by up to 30 seconds. On rare occasions, two Jackpots may be won within those 30 seconds, in which case the win of the second Jackpot is the new re-seeded Jackpot which is smaller than the previous Jackpot won.
• The amount paid out is the Jackpot value on the casino server when a jackpot is won. Every effort is made to ensure that the Jackpot value displayed in the jackpot bar is the same as the one on the casino server.
• The displayed Jackpot win can, due to rounding, marginally differ from the actual win.
• There is no upper limit on progressive jackpot values.
• LeoVegas Jackpot contains Mega, Major, Minor and Mini Jackpots. The following contributions are made from each bet:
  i. - 10.50% of the jackpot bet is contributed to the MINI Jackpot, of which 25% goes to the next Jackpot.
  ii. - 21% of the bet is contributed to the MINOR Jackpot, of which 10% goes to the next Jackpot.
  iii. - 21% of the bet is contributed to the MAJOR Jackpot, of which 20% goes to the next Jackpot.
  iv. - 17.50% of the bet is contributed to the MEGA Jackpot, of which 20% goes to the next jackpot.
• When a Jackpot is won, the start-up value for the next Jackpot is:
  MINI: 5 EUR
  MINOR: 100 EUR
  MAJOR: 10,000 EUR
  MEGA: 5,000,000 EUR
• The RTP of the Jackpot is 70%.
• The RTP of the associated game is wholly separate and does not affect the Jackpot. The RTP of the related games may differ; please see the game rules in each associated game for its RTP value.
• If the communication between the LeoVegas and Jackpot server fails, the game becomes unavailable. There will be no contributions or claims towards the Jackpot. The Jackpot amount remains the same until the communication is resumed.
• LeoVegas reserves the right to discontinue the Jackpot at any time. Player contributions that have already been made to a Jackpot that is discontinued will be put forward to a future Jackpot.
